Jenny began her culinary career at age three, when she made her father the most epic, perfect sandwich... and forgot the meat. An aspiring writer and lifelong singer, Jenn performed in theater and local bands and also maintains a blog about life in a professional kitchen. After working as a catering manager for a bakery inspired her to go to culinary school, Jenn cooked at the White Dog Cafe for several years, followed by a brief stint at a fine-dining restaurant in Atlanta. From there, she helped open Bistrot La Minette, which solidified her appreciation for French food. Before becoming Executive Chef at Watkins Drinkery, Jenn worked at Resurrection Ale House under Chef Joey Chmiko, whose cooking remains an inspiration. She is a die-hard lover of music, art, vegetables and philosophy, with a penchant for all things French.
